Vanagon Enhancements

Roland presents the 20-30 enhancements performed on his 1985 Vanagon Westfalia over the years. Many creative improvements and easy solutions.I talk about lights, solar system, minor fixes, clothlines, towel racks, door moulding, portapottie, Pop Top, Rear hatch, and Emergency brake warning lights, flooring, side door step, and many other things. One thing I forgot to mention in the video is my gray water storage - I used a 10 liter container under the sink with a drain valve...

Je parle des lumières, du système solaire, des réparations mineures, des cordes à linge, des porte-serviettes, des moulures de porte, toilette portative, de lumières témoins pour le toit, du hayon arrière, du frein d'urgence, le plancher, du marchepied de porte latérale, et de bien d'autres choses encore. Une chose que j'ai oublié de mentionner dans la vidéo est le stockage des eaux grises - j'ai utilisé un conteneur de 10 litres sous l'évier avec un robinet de vidange...
Par ailleurs, j'ai installé des cylindres pour aider à soulever le Pop Top - c'est tellement plus facile maintenant. Voir ce lien :

Vraiment le fun de voir tes modifications, ca donne des idées. Ma conjointe et moi avons notre Westfalia Tootsie depuis 8 ans et comme toi nous nous amusons à faire des améliorstions à chaque année. On a plusieurs améliorations qui sont les memes on doit avoir fouiner les memes sources. On a le meme frigo, j’ai rétrécie la table, changer les lumières du camper, changer les speakers, ajouter un screen pour la porte coulissante, installé un panneau solaire de 150 watts, j’ai converti mon garde robe arrière en deux armoires en récupérant la porte de l’ancien frigo, on a teinté les fenetres, changer les rideaux, chsnger le plancher arrière, ajouter des cyclindre pour aider à monter le toit, chsnger les poignées de fenêtres, transmission et moteur refait, etc… on suit ton exemple et lui donne beaucoup d’amour. Si je croise tinkerbell je saurai maintenant que c’est toi. Tu peux regarder ma chaine j’ai aussi qq vidéos.

@@rolandberard8958 nous sommes en Estrie, vous allez adorer les phares, bien qu’on roule peu le soir les phares pour moi ont été la première chose que j’ai fait. J’ai aussi ajouté des lumières sur le reculons ca aussi c’est wow.

i have a 94 previa and theres a regular that comes into mcdonalds down the road from me and he has a westfalia vanagon, we became good friends talking about our old vans, helped him work on his brakes and coolant lines. Im really starting to want a westfalia vanagon also lol
