I am so happy you are back! My kids were sick one at a time (a week at a time) for over a month. So, I am behind on my UA-cam videos, but so happy to see you. I love Tony's tutorials. She is the one who introduced me to Tunisian crochet and I love it.
I love the colors also on the one that you said looks like a watermelon. That combination is perfect 🥰. Especially when the strips are smaller and the diagonal shape of the strips. The size now looks good when you add the border. My grandson loved to carry his around when he started walking. Scammers are hitting some other channels also. Hugs 🤗 😇
I think your blanket colors look great I would take out the Red Sea shell and custard and instead of custard do a mustard yellow and I think your browns and orange and a mustard yellow would look cute
I love the temperature blanket. I made one for my teen for her senior year. I knitted it and in under estimated the width. It is very wide but she loves it so much!
The temperature blanket is gorgeous, I love the colors you chose and the idea for a pregnancy temperature is quit unique. Never tried Tunisian crochet, I really want to try though, thanks for the tip on the fingering yarn 😊.
I love the browns, but if you want to use the red, I agree that it doesn't work with the browns. For the sunset fade, I'd fade the red into a burgundy, then into a red based purple, then a more blue based purple, then a deep blue. I can't wait to see it! 🧡
Lion brand skin tones would be a beautiful pallet..I love the colors you have..though they are all beautiful. ♥️ Never 😂😂😂 yup I have the same problem..
My yarn budget is pretty small but that doesn't stop me from window shopping! Hubby teases me that apparently, knitting, crocheting, and yarn shopping are three distinct hobbies!!! LOL I love the sunset blanket idea! I have used Knit Picks garnet (in Wool of the Andes). If it is available in Brava, it might be a good transition into the purple tone you choose.
My you have some wonderful WIPs going on. I like the idea of a gradient blanket a d can't wait for the finished product.i have been trying to learn Tunisian crocheting. Was able to get the basic stitch down. I need more practice. Take care!
Hey girl… u have my exact bag I wanted to get from ur shop! I now see how large it is and beautiful and now know I need to get it. Lol 😂 Love the sunset blanket idea. I haven’t yet worked on my knitting machine yet.. so don’t know much about the technical stuff.. so when u make ur panel strips.. how do u then actually attach each panel strip to one another? Since they are tubes.. how do u crochet them to each other? I want to play with my machine soon but just haven’t had any time cause we are trying to prepare a move to Florida. 🤪 I also want to learn to Tunisian crochet.. have the hooks for it.. just need time. 😳
Here is the tutorial I did on how to join the tubes together. Good luck with your move Kriss! That is a big move! Praying things go smoothly for you! ❤️ ua-cam.com/video/S_5R3jg3R4I/v-deo.html
@@YarnatPlay Ya were moving from Kansas City to Florida. It’s a lot to deal with and so many things to do that u don’t think of. 🤪😫 Thank you for the link.
I love the idea of a pregnancy temperature blanket. For your fade I feel like that you might need to blend the yarn to get the colors you want.
That is actually a great idea! I just can't hold 2 strands of Worsted yarn through my knitting machine. 😭
@@YarnatPlay I wondered about that!
All the colors are beautiful
Thanks Ida!

Ugh. That is rough. I hope all your littles are feeling better!! ❤️
I'm loving how your temperature blanket is coming along so far! I love the Moss Stitch! Loving the colours of the baby blanket!!!
Love the gradient wip! It’s very 70s vibe which I am so into! I would just omit the red and keep going!
All of your WIPs are going good! I enjoy your videos! Take care and stay safe!
Thanks so much Laurajo! I got your yarn in the mail today. It should arrive by Monday. 😊
Your makes are beautiful. I love learning about the thought process behind them.
Thanks so much Dusty! I love using yarn to express my artistic side. 😊
All I said about Tunisian was small squares are easy. Glad you tried it. Glad to see you getting some time for you.
They have been fun projects to work on!

I really love diagonal stripes on a scarf. I feel like it makes it more interesting.
I like it without red for the blanket you put on the couch. Love the Tunisian shawls. Glad you are doing well.
I know like it a lot without the red too... But I just love red so much I really want to use it. 😊
@@YarnatPlay maybe after the last brown? And then add a couple shades of purple? 🤷🏼♀️

They are a lot of fun to watch develop! ❤️
I so need to try Tunisian crochet C2C. Thanks for sharing!!! Have a good night!!!
It is pretty simple actually. Easier than traditional crochet C2C. Toni (aka TLYarnCrafts) has a great tutorial on it!
Good call on the gradient fade. I do think that the 3 browns repeated (a,b,c,a,b,c,etc) would make a cool blanket too!
It would! They really are pretty brown tones!

It is a really fun new technique! You should give it a try!

Red is my favorite color... If I buy red, I MUST use it. 🤣😉

It's so true. 🤣

I will take at their wool and see if they have some good transition colors. Thanks for the tip Tracy!

It is definitely a bit different, but once you wrap your head around the construction of the stitch it helps a lot. Stick with it Liz! ❤️

Do you have to use the red?! Love the scarf.
I don't, but red is my favorite color... I would be sad to kick it out of my blanket. 🤷
I would have put the two browns than start the yellow . Red at the end
Not a bad idea! But now I have sunsets on my mind and I want to see if I can pull it off. 😜
I can speak and read english but if you like I can speak/// type in German lol
