As a seasoned Rebuilder myself, I can tell you this tool is for a beginner. This tool and method is way more complicated and takes twice as long to do the job.
If you know what you're doing, you very rarely have an issue with breaking those teflon rings or have warranty issues regarding said rings. Nice try on the tool though...looks impressive.
