- In todays episode we are participating in Drift event called Wuda, we address some comments about our last videos and lack of drifting footage, there is some AE86 work done, new Option seats for Nissan Skyline R32 and also unexpected Night Driving with Bugi's BMW E36 to the airport with the mission.

I try not to get too upset about the lack of drifting footage. You guys deserve to let loose and just have some fun.
There wasn’t a lot of drifting going on from watching the other videos of the event. More of a big party.
I actually really enjoy your content even if there is just a small amount of drifting. Just do what you like to film. I'd even watch Marek's floor-building tutorial! xD

Have fun and film what you want! It’s your channel, and the drifting isn’t the only reason I watch these videos. You guys make entertaining content and show how to enjoy the process of building and filming cars. Drifting footage is a bonus. I personally watch to see your lifestyle, and how I could apply your mentality to my own life. Cheers from Colorado, USA!
It's really important to still be able to just enjoy moments without having to think about how you could make a nice clip out of it. A lot of UA-camrs suffer from this. They start out loving what they're doing but soon their hobby turns into a job.
Just film when you feel like it and you`re having fun doing so. There is no good in forcing it and loosing the fun along the way.
floor needs to be grinded, similar to scuffing surface of paint, to get a fresh layer of concrete for the epoxy to stick permanently. would make a neat video

I think you should buy some 360 camera and put it on roof of Skyline and make cool short edits with that. That will be enough to me from events
5:28 thats the real thing. I'm watching your videos I think since you had 400-500 followers. The first video I watched was from Japfest I think. You even had german titles on your videos back in the days. "Mazda und ein Riese" or so... :D I have to say, from all that happened, all the improvements from your videos, betther quality, the garage, your mechanic Adam, all the crazy cars you built, one thing stayed the same: and thats the spirit of your videos !

Unlike many other youtubers or car channels in general, you guys stayed the same ! In a good way. After some years of watching your channel I still come back watching your newest videos with a good drink, alcoholic or not, and enjoy the video to finish off the day. The simple fact that you literally refuse to force yourself to make content when you really don't want to is exactly why I (and I figure many more people) enjoy your content so much. And maybe that you're just the nicest guys ever and your content quality is just really fuggin good xD. Yeah we love cars and drifting and stuff, but we love you guys even more. It would have been nice to see some drifting from the last couple of events, but it`s more important that you guys enjoy it, you honestly deserve it. And you are absolutely correct about faking the smiles to the camera, it isn`t the same vibe, and the vibe you guys give off is absolutely unmached. So keep drifting fun, don`t overdo yourselfs, and just enjoy it❤

For me, it doesn't really matter what exactly you film (whether it's drifting, garage work, car cinematics, anything else...). For me, the most important thing is great vibes, which every one of your vids has. And it's because you enjoy creating it and that's why you should focus on having great time on events as well.
The viewers shouldn't require anything, we're just grateful for what you're doing.

Some of the best memories are never filmed, so let yourself have some fun! Running a UA-cam Channel is tough, but don't forget to do things for yourself!
If it helps, you can keep the drift events as a surprise, that way you don't feel obligated to film or not with a "promise" that you made a week or more in advance. At the end of the day, most of us continue to watch because of the vibes. Don't rip out your roots, just keep doing what feels best for you!

a good idea for you to enjoy the weekend while also filming would be an inside camera, mounted either on the rollcage or on the helmet, because i think it would look amazing to see the drifting from inside the car AND everyone can still enjoy their time at the event, without having to film everything manually
I would really enjoy a on board cam where Sam could explain the details of the track, how the car handles, the track learning curve and much more, drift is not only about looking nice, the details matter.

I think if we wanted to see just drifting it would be easy to search ... for me personally i prefer the regular videos over the drifting sometimes .. it feels like behind the scenes ... honestly one of my favorite weekly series ❤

I honestly enjoy the hangout, build, chill footage than the drift. Some drift is good, but there´s pretty much infinite drift footage on youtube. We watch this channel for you guys.

I’m just here for vibes film whatever you want to film and drink whenever you want to drink. Like you said, if you have to force yourselves to film even when you don’t want to it’s just not gonna end up being as fun to watch or natural.
I love the content no matter what. I love the drifting but i love more the garage footage and you guys just hanging out having fun. Keep it up guys.
Okay so, my two cents:
I think the main issue is settings expectations, and then not or only partially delivering on them.
At some point, you have to decide if you want to just enjoy the moments, or be "UA-camrs".
Obviously there is a big range in between.
I can totally understand the people who are disappointed after following the build and you talking about all these events, just to end up with ten clips of people partying and 0 action.
A possible solution could be lowering the effort needed for filming. For example, whipping out a GoPro has a lower barrier to film than setting up a DSLR from the backpack. (I have no idea about your setup but its just an example.)
Something else Im personally also struggling with could be in some cases unrealistically or unnecessarily high requirements you set yourself. Like, I think most of us would enjoy just a few drift clips way more than none.
Of course I understand that this might be more complex than I make it sound, especially with the issue of not being in the mood to put yourself in front of the camera. But thats my thoughts on the whole thing.

I love the fact that you guys prefer to use them loud, uncomfortable cars daily instead of normal cars. I daily use my project as well! There's nothing like daily using unreliable cars! So much fun! I'm pretty sure that Lada will be ready first and guys, you can always mount some GoPros around the track and inside the Skyline and film while enjoying the drift day. There's always a way to do both! You just have to make a plan and stick to it! Now off to the shop to buy some merch!

We see lots of drifting videos, they all start to look the same.
But it’s very entertaining to put a GoPro on the helmet or on or in the car and ket it run. Then it’s just editing, it’s Sam’s edits and the music that really set the vibe. The videos that Jimmy or Adam Lz or James Dean shoot while drifting are fun to watch not because of the drifting or the car but because they talk to us while doing it. Like you do around the shop. No need to have someone running around with the big camera all the time. Have fun, but let the camera be our eyes while you’re doing it. That’s what brings us along for the ride. We get to have fun while you’re having fun. Bugi’s video was just crazy, it looks like everyone had a good time.
Remember drifting videos don’t get views, videos of Sam, Marek and the rest having a good time with cars get views. ✌️
The nightride vibes need to be protected at all costs.
