We have arrived, indeed!!!!! It’s a beautiful space but with this one It’s the locale & views because there was nothing to me that screamed 100M. I did appreciate the tree with the neck right under it, symbolism for me. It’s a 7.5 for me

It's an 8 for me. That ocean view bro. The smell of the ocean too. That summer breeze is something else. Many nights with no need for A/C also.

Another excellent video. Not to be a downer, but WE have not arrived. Byron Allen does NOT represent the majority of black folks. He would be considered to be a outlier. He is also a part of the "decadent Veil" that Anthony Moore (Tone Talks) talks about. People latch on to celebrities and their success to help them feel good about their financial struggles. We still have a lot of work to do as black people.
Well, we'll never arrive if all these rich folks are wasting hundreds of millions of dollars on houses and not spending money creating jobs and businesses for blacks.
You haven't arrived because your communities keep electing people like Maxine Waters and follow leaders like Jesse Jackson who are only interested in padding their pockets and not helping their communities.

Nuff respect to gentleman for his achievements as a hard working black man. The home is absolutely beautiful...particularly like that bedroom, white walls, wood beams running across the ceiling, not to mention the ocean view (always a killer). However i don't see the value at 100m.

It's a blessing to be able to purchase a home for $100m so congrats to Byron. However, based on what I saw here, there was nothing that wowed me about this house. Based on the price it's a 5 for me.
House is worth about 15 million. Property 85 million. Hope that helps.

He is worth a lot more than $500m, it's closer to a billion.
First, I rate it a 10. Owning a private beach as part of the property is key (water access is always a plus). On the arrival question, I salute individual accomplishments but distinguish them from communal accomplishments. He has arrived, we are still improving daily on the path towards freedom. Lastly, you made a reference to a “master” bedroom In the video. Please stop using the antiquated phrase “master” - slavery is over, we say primary bedroom now.

Well the 100,000,000 price tag, he git suckered, he paid for the water and view which God give to people for free. They did Bryon dirty. Ive seen many mega mansions on youtube way cheaper and make his house look cheap.

I feel you did a poor job of showing this home as i'v seen you do with other homes . What I did get to see was gorgeous and I can only imagine what the rest or just shown better it would look . 10 + is my rating on what was shown here .
Glad for his achievements but a house isn't worth spending that much money. He actually paid for the scenery. Sheree Shateau house looked much better than this. It's the scenery, which is breath taking. I give the house 5 but the scenery a 11. And actually Byron's worth. 800 Million
