That's what you call a real house, has a back yard and exit door at the back of the house... I love it because it has a big spaces, both side and front and back..
This would be a good starter home. However; I would ditch the dining table, make the kitchen with either and L shaped counter or put a smaller island in place of the table to give it a more open feel. It’s very small and tight for a four bedroom but it could work for some

Interesting floor plan. If wanted, the master suite behind the kitchen could be eliminated, this making a much better kitchen plus larger living and dining areas. Also, to simplify the footings and foundations, I would extend that back room out to join up with the outside wall of the laundry room. The extra square footage would likely cost little to nothing as it would simplify footings, foundations, wall and roof framing, and shingling the roof.

There's no rule that says bedrooms have to be the size of a palace. I think this would be great for lower income families with two or three children or for families that just don't want to accumulate a lot of stuff. Even empty nesters would enjoy this home, with there being four bedrooms, one of the extra bedrooms could be a guest room, a home office and a room for crafts or hobbies. Besides, once your retired, you don't want to spend every waking moment of every day just keeping a huge home clean. The outdoor spaces make it comfortable too. Plenty of room out front to put a couple of chairs and a little table, run the speakers from your stereo outside--heaven! I'd rather have less house and more land. Well done.
The SQUARE ⬛ FOOTAGE should be a somewhat larger ON ALL FOUR SIDES in order to make the bedrooms a little BIGGER. The kitchen / laundry area could be slightly redesigned accommodate a DISHWASHER and a CLOTHES. DRYER. The DINING ROOM table could be a little bit smaller in order to accommodate an ''island" with bar stools and more kitchen cabinets. Keep up the good work!
26'X30' nice little bungalow for outdoor living. 4 bedrooms for sleeping, small kitchen/dining room for eating, small "Living room" to relax and watch some tv before bed. Would make a nice beach house for me and the kids to vacation in the Philippines.
I see a problem in that there are four bedrooms, but the only living room space was one couch and coffee table crammed behind the dining room table! That is hilarious! And the tv mounted on the wall was beside the couch, not in front of it. I could just see a family of four all sitting on that one couch with their heads swiveled to the right watching tv! 😂🤣
👌↗It's a really nice decent stylish design house for certain person to love to choose for; or certain size family to choose to love as in care to live in.↗The room with the twin beds could be used for one twin bed for one person; or if used for two and persons wanted more space in room to move around in could put a bump bed in the room; and could put a small table with two chairs for person/s to can do artwork, of some kind of writing, drawing, coloring and other in table seating area.😁↗For real though.
This looks like the "main house" I'm trying to convince my mother we should have instead of all living in a giant mansion. 🙄 We've been telling her we should buy a large tract of land and anybody who wants can put a tiny home on the property and this could be like a recreation room with kitchen, office, dining, game room, TV room, office, etc., like you find at an apartment complex. Of course she wanted to turn it into a "mini mansion" with apartments or bedrooms built into it. Smh...same concept mom. That's what we're trying to get away from!!! But I like this. I like just enough space to not feel cramped. Any more than that and you're just throwing $ at utility bills. I grew up in a tiny house with 5 sibs. We did have gramma next door and spent time at her place Which was no mansion. But most of our time was outside in the woods and swimming in the lake. I now live in a studio in a tri plex in a house built in 1880. Has a a huge yard. (landlord mows and shovels) I have 2 rooms. A big liv rm / bd room combo and a nice size kitchen. A garage with a electric door opener. It's been remodeled to look very modern. I love it here. grandkids are grown so don't need sleeping over space any more. I live on small town (6-7000) in the Midwest. Pay $550/ mo. with all utilities included. I plan to stay here until I can't take care of myself anymore...Then I'll go to my daughter's... :-)

Kein Riesenfernseher Masterbedroom neben Living Aerea mit Ausgang in Garten. Und ich möchte meine bisherigen Möbel mitnehmen können. i think where the dining room is place a kitchen island where the living room is do the dining, bedroom 1 and common roilet and bath make it open with living room , take partial of bedroom 2 and make it to a common toilet and the other part make it to storage space open office space, i think it would of worked better.
Nary a closet to b e seen. MOST people have too many clothes and too much "stuff" for this. It would be OK for a number of adults to share on vacation.
Too little living space for the family (and/or friends) to hang out together. One couch for a four bedroom home simply isn't enough! The bedrooms are awfully small and there doesn't seem to much storage/closet space, either. I can't imagine a family with more than one child living comfortably here!
Get rid of the room nxt to the master open it up for a larger bathroom and bdrm. Get rid of the center bdrm open that up giving more space to the bdrm on the otherside and put the laundry within the bathrm space. Open up the kitchen moving it towards where the laundry room is now. And ffs create a UTILITY closet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A basement is just another room to store junk and to have to clean and heat. Then the walls begin to leak and you have a repair bill.
