Starf Berry is a Pinch Berry that activates when holder is 25% or lower that sharply increases (+2) a random stat from the following: - Attack - Defense - Special Attack - Special Defense - Speed - Accuracy - Evasion
Really recommend gravity over rain. It lets you get 100% thunders but also 100% rock and ice moves. This allows you to bring out sandstorm with ttars that are incredibly bulky and expands your available pokemon to all strong rock, ice, and electric mons. I've seen multiple people suggesting 3 cloysters T1, and I just don't see the reason to do that. Use up all your thunder moves on your team first to get togekiss paralyzed at early as possible, ideally T1 with 3 thunders. You can use cloyster at any time, but getting paralyzed earlier just means more survivability for the team as a whole. Togekiss is bulky and slower to take down, but doesn't do that much damage. There's no reason to think of this fight as needing to be done in 6 moves.
My recommended strat for Togekiss if anyone interested. I did it with 4 random dudes & non optimal pkmn. ---> Damage dealers: Cloyster Icicle Spear (choice band)
Gravity plus 3x thunder got us paralyze. Rinse and repeat at 50% once it sheds and you absolutely annihilate togekiss. Also it doesn’t buff togekiss water pulse. Lot of reason to use gravity over drizzle.
Ttar with loaded dice, rock blast was doing good damage (4-6%) while being able to tank multipe hits and go multiple turns.as long as you haze the nasty plot its a good anchor at the end
Started the fight right at 7:00pm with some cool people. Didn’t finish until midnight. I never stopped to make dinner in between. I discovered that I now appreciate the theory crafters and initial raid testers more than I used to, and I never want to do a raid that early after release again. I also have a new least favorite Pokemon.
Just need to get in a better group. My group got it down to 2% first try and one of our guys had all fighting mons for some reason. Second try we destroyed togekiss
For me these strat dosnt work.. we were doing ~3,5%-4% damage only with thunder.. we try a few times with ice and rock moves, tw first round, 4 round trick room, 5 round heal block.. cloyster, ttrar, rhyperior, weaville.. also on turn 1 trick poison orb and light screen.. it was pretty close to win (cloyster cband 6% damage, the ttr and rhyreor 4,5~ 5% damage).. but im in need to sleep too and tommorow ill try again
You must have had the craziest luck. I just finished trying to do this raid legitimately for 10 hours straight. We tried multiple strategies. Everything failed and then the servers shut down...

This strat doesn't work with us. Max damage is 4% . Maybe rockslide + sesmic toss is more better. Suggestions
Rock slide is bad, you can do Stoss blissey cheese but I don't recommend it as it is very slow and annoying to set up
@caav.pokemmo ty for suggestions, I did with t1 - tw + 3x icicle spear, T2 - gravity + stone edge , strat
Can use Smack Down?
adding Fake tear will make it easier to control the momentum rather than captivate :) but good guide
No way I beat it before caav HYPE
