Just want to point out the speed of Gardevoir is somewhere between 193 and 208 (at level 80). Thats just from noticing that our 208 chandulures went before it and the 193 Honchkrows went after when trick room was not in place. So its speed is somewhere in that range. A "fast" pokemon is just anyone above that range, a "slow" is anything below that. With some more testing I'm sure that specific speed could be worked out to its exact speed stat.
They are gong way too far with those raids. The halloween raids were just fine and I could do all of them soloq, even though some of them took some time to complete, while the winter raids are way too complicated and specific for the average player it feels like. It's not fun when you have to calculate everything ahead to even have a chance.

Nickname them at level 100 for clarity. it gives the best indication of actual speed and you wont have to nickname them again for each raid you do
