- In a life-affirming new episode of her UA-cam series Rainbow Woman, Geri Horner (Halliwell) talks about reconnecting with her inner strength through water-skiing.
Geri reveals she took up water-skiing several years ago to get over a break-up but since giving birth to her youngest child, Monty, she wasn’t sure if she was still physically able to take part in the sport that gave her so much hope.
To accompany Episode 6, Geri will also premiere the lyric video for her uplifting country-pop track, ‘Love & Light’.

I was stuck in my "BRING GINGER BACK!" mentality, but seeing you happy and doing great in life really made me proud of you. Sure, all Spice Girls fans appreciate loud and over the top 90s Geri, but its most important that you are being true to your beautiful self, no matter if you are iconic singer and perfomer or housewife and parent. Its kinda ridiculous to expect from people not to evolve from their past selves and to always remain the same. However, nothing can change the fact that you will always be an inspiration to many generations. And so, thank you for being my inspiration Geri! I am very proud to call myself your devoted fan. I am so happy to see someone convert to this mindset. I have argued with various fans about embracing her changes as she cant go back and be that person anymore, none of us can. Embrace who we are and have been. Glad watching her has shown you that. Xxxx

My cousins water ski. I have never tried it. I wanted to, but I was always too nervous. I watched my sister try...she lost both skis and was skiing barefoot for a pretty good distance before dropping the rope.
