In a world of narcissists, filler in your 20s, expressionless faces, and swooped up eyebrows, this was awesome! It is refreshing to see a celebrity with a confident narrative, that isn’t vain. I know she calls herself vain in the video, but her personality certainly didn’t reflect that. Well done Gerry!
My mum has used Nivea all her life, she's late 70s now and has the best skin and hardly any wrinkles, she glows! Love it, keep it simple x

What exactly the serum is?
Hi Geri, thanks for the guide, however, it was a little quick and sparse with the info on the products, what Revitalift Serum was it actually, was it the Hyaluronic Acid 1.5% (there seems to be a US and a UK version, with or without Benzyl Salicylate, use the latter) and what about the Charlotte Tilbury cream, was it the day cream or the night version? It seems you use the day version?

I've always wondered why some people do not rinse their mouth with water after brushing. I mean, regardless of the toothpaste, isn't it the automatic thing to do? :)
if you are using a toothpaste with fluoride, you should wait ~30 minutes after brushing to rinse/drink
or any toothpaste with an active ingredient (whitening, sensitivity, etc.)

@Sufferingsassafrass actually I did Google it and it's recommended to either just spit, no rinse within 30 mins or gargle with mouth wash instead of water. I just don't like the feeling of grittiness due to toothpaste residue

Aging a must-accept, regardless of the visible circumstances. Hyaluronic serums over-rated. Fragranced creams over-rated. Exercise radical self-acceptance. Reading books is proven to make you smarter.
