Pwede din po lagyan kahit personal ref...para kahit bottled water para sa clients meron palagi dyan.. .mas convenient din kung may bisita meron ng malamig na tubig dyan....pwede nman i-off pg hindi gagamitin....tas sa kitchen po..dun sa part ng ref...kung lalagyan nyo po ng ibang appliances like oven, microwave or air fryer suggestion ko po ifix na lng doon....meaning dyan na lng isasaksak at hindi na ililipat lipat pa pag gagamitin kc mabigat din yung iba.

I like Jhoy’s suggestion of minimalist or timeless design. You can show prospective clients pictures and videos of your work than making your “bodega” a show room. You’ll have a big screen tv to show your videos. Are you willing to spend money to change the color, design, etc. when every time a new trend comes out? You can create samples of tile color, paint color, etc. to show the client. Create a book or binder. However, if your priority for bodega is for family use, then make it family friendly for everyone to enjoy.

I think I put my comment on your other vlog. Anyway my 2 cents about your “arguement” Fluted panels vs. classic design on your TV area. I would prefer the fluted panels. Since you’ll be using this as your office/ showroom , better off showcasing your designs. As your business grows , same with the designs , it evolves. You can always make it classic in the near future.
Hindi kasi pede magpost ng link dito pero sige try natin explain. For me, hindi na maganda tignan un paiba iba ng theme sa isang bahay na esp maliit. sa isa part industrial, tapos sa isa part para iba na naman. Pero sa inyo naman un bahay so kung anu nagpapasaya sa inyo, go lang. Basta kami manunuod lang haha. Masaya kapag nakikita namin kayo masaya at umaasenso

Parehas naman maganda ang suggestions depende na lang kasi kung ano ang pinaka purpose ng space. Agree ako kay missis kasi I'm a minimalist din. I prefer clean lines kasi maaliwalas tingnan and low maintenance pa. But if the space is intended to be an office and showroom at the same time, eh di maganda rin makita ng mga clients mo what you can do and what you can offer. But kung ako lang, I will opt for a minimalist style, hindi nga lang pang showroom.
Maganda ang pag paint ng semi rustic vintage house ginawa ninyo. Classy ang dating.
Good morning, Boss Li, Team Wasalak and mga ka-rowhouse. Opinyon ko lang po, kung stucco finish yung walls (which can be grey or white, pero usually grey nakikita ko), parang di masyado bagay ang natural finish ng wood (varnish or duco) kc magiging shade of brown yun. Kung stucco na grey, siguro ay mag stick sa monochromatic look (shades of B&W, 50 shades of grey, lol) para di magulo tingnan. Yung cabinets nyo & yung bar counter ay B&W na, so bagay sila sa stucco finish. Good luck po sa future design ng house nyo. Ingat po tayong lahat!
Edit: btw boss, suggestion po mag create ka ng playlist sa channel mo ng mga finished projects. Minsan kc mahirap maghanap ng mga finished houses kc may mga daily updates (which is good for the client-owner). Pero kung casual viewer, maganda kung may playlist na.

Same kami ni misis I want a timeless design pagdating sa bahay. Kasi kahit ilang taong ang lumipas wala kang uso na kailangan sabayan. Silent viewer here... i agree with Joy for timeless approach... unless you have budget to redecorate from time to time it's okay to put wall fluted panel as accent to your tv wall, but if you are considering budget i think Joy's view is correct.. the french mirror in front of the dining set is also timeless and it will help the space look bigger and in Chinese Fengshui its abundance when you put it as accent wall to your dining area... I like the ideas of Ma'am Joy. And may point din si Sir Lee na gawing showroom. But at the end of the day, bahay nyo pa din yan. Mas madami yung time to use it personally kesa sa time for work. If the unit will be used primarily as an office, meaning may tatao dyan during office hours to accept clients, mas mainam yung idea na gawin syang showroom. Otherwise, design it according to your lifestyle as a family.
Tama si Joy, mahirap kasi maglinis kung ung mga modern design ang gagawin. Mas simple mas maganda basta maganda ang texture ng pintura.

Yan pong sa plain wall beside sa wall ng TV...yan po bka pwede yan lagyan ng mga modernize accent wall like flutted panel para may sample sa clients...at least maliit na area lng kung sakaling i-update maliit lng gastos kc maliit lng area. papalitan na ng bagong design.

I think. first and foremost, you have to agree with the purpose for renovating the house para mag agree kayo sa mga detalye sa interiors. If the house is solely to serve the purpose of providing you additional space for the family ay the wife has the right to decide on the designs. Pero if the house is really to promote your business ay dapat lang na mag serve sya as showroom for clients where you could exhibit your finest works. At the end of the day, to succeed with whatever you want to do, you should first identify your main objective for doing it and decide to stand by that goal as you complete the details.

Actually, kaya po ako palaging nanonood dito 2021 pa, nagpa YT Premium na rin para walang commercial hehe, kasi po yung mga binibigay nyong idea, diskarte paano ginagawa saka yung logic kung bakit ganun o ganyan o para saan yung ginagawa, malaking tulong po sa amin kahit hindi ako mag DIY e sa pamamagitan nito nalalaman namin kung papaano at pasikut-sikot. Combination of Classis and Modern, so that both of your ideas and suggestions will be taken into consideration and both of you will be happy and contented as well. Since you guys are planning to use it as your showroom, better off using your idea of fluted panels instead of classic. You can always change it back to classic in the near future or something different again. Your business is there to stay, so the design also evolves. Just my two cents.😀
