Couple questions: why dry red bell pepper flakes? Have yout worked in radio, on the quiet storm hour? How do you choose your seasoning/ meat?
no real reason, I just like having them around in case I don't have fresh ones or don't feel like chopping them up or whatnot. this is one of those dishes where the difference isn't really discernible. There is no real method to my madness when it comes to seasonings and such I just do whatever! And nope, no radio. I did get fussed at noticeably less than all my coworkers at different call centers tho, lol.

Thank you for using one pot. Other recipes cook the rice separately then add the rice to the meat and stir it to mix it up and it don’t be looking “dirty” enough
