Magnetic Racing Kit

The lovely Ian and Doug at @ThinkScalextric added a complimentary kit to an order I put in recently. As a straight build of a kit is a rare thing these days, (I'm as guilty as the next of going off plan and customising things) I thought for a change I'd build it by the book... mostly.

Thanks, Brother Dave , that is a cool kit. I’ve actually got plenty of track and cars now so I’m starting to think about those kinda add ons things. Probably going to pick one of them up .I’m so used to you telling us what kind of coffee we’re having today (although maybe that’s for winter time) I kind of missed that , lol, maybe Zimbabwe or Guatemala Beans , love my coffee, buddy watching your channel drinking my cup right now thanks for sharing. Great build and the finished tower looks lovely without any customising. Magnetic Racing did a good job on that.

Wouldn't it be easier to install the big Castrol letters before assembling the tower pieces to the base rather than later?
