I have 3 specific perfect avatars. Teens 15 to 17, their parents who will pay for the course and then must assist teaching them to drive, and high school ASB instructors who have access to avatar #1. I guess I need at least 3 different lead magnets.

I have a social media marketing agency and i have a client in the scrapbooking niche. I want to create a lead magnet that says Expand your pasion for scrapbooking and offer them a 10% discount. So they can purchase. Do i need to have a specific lead magnet for the product or the niche in general?

I run an online coffee/glam store for women (The Glam Cafe') it's a place where where I mix coffee and glam (chokers, beauty brushes etc) and I am thinking of leaning towards topics such as of course (coffee, issues that affect women etc) but I am struggling with the lead magnet. Should it just be a discount or percentage off. Most coffee shops and Clothing, Jewelry brands just offer a percentage off for the email address.

Though that's super generous of you, that kind of lead magnet will incentivize EVERYONE to join your list and you really want to focus on attracting paying clients. Meaning, people interested in the topics you are writing about who would purchase your ebooks. Instead, I would give away a chapter of your book, a video training or some type of content that adds value and gives them a teaser of what's inside the book.

facebook lead ads would be great, maybe give a free real estate report etc to download in-exchange for email/contact info
