The Bhajan ask its listeners to drink the nectar raining from heavens. This nectar is raining abundantly. But there is also a word of caution. Though thirsty for a drop, the poet says that out of greed we drank the whole pot. As a result we missed how it actually tasted. It refers to the human nature of always crafting out ways to accumulate more instead of finding joys in little things.
The poet is confused, he is not able to explain this wonderous phenomenon to anybody. Throughout his life he was the one waiting, for a drop to descend. And now when it's happening, he is awestruck.
He says that without the thirst for knowledge, one cannot taste this magical water. This water is only for the one who is thirsty in the real sense. Without being worthy you can never gain this knowledge.

Translation-
Drink the drizzling nectar, my friend
Today the sky is showering in bliss
It’s drizzling, yes here its showering nectar
You were thirsty for a drop,
But you drank the whole pot
In the drunkenness of the nectar,
You did not taste it with awareness
Tell me! Now how and whom do I explain?
A drop is all what I need
Why do you imbibe the nectar without real thirst?
The one thirsty is who achieves it
Without the actual right, nobody has the right to wisdom
O friends, nectar is showering from the sky

Rajasthan Kabir Yatra is a 7 days-long annual travelling folk music festival spread across six rural and urban locations in and around Rajasthan. Organised by Lokayan, Bikaner and partnered with Rajasthan Police, this is a folk festival providing a space where folk musicians, artists, scholars, students and seekers can immerse themselves in the voices of Bhakti and Sufi saint-poets such as Kabir, Mira, Bulleh Shah, and many more, questioning and dissolving boundaries of caste, class, religion and identity.
The five editions, in 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 were widely chronicled and appreciated. It brought together 50 artists, over 400 Yatris every year from other parts of India, and thousands of local audiences.
