    10 Lateral Leg Swings

    5 Lateral lunges
    5 Reverse Lunges
    5 Straight Leg Reaches
    5 Forward/Reverse Bear Crawls
    5 Pike push up/Spring/Toe raises
    5 Shoulder taps
    0:15 Side planks w/ elevated leg
    10 Prone “W” pull downs
    10 Bird dog
    5 Single leg glute bridge
    5 Side to side bridging
