A lot of us rebels are simply people dealing with shit on the underneath and trying to cope with it. We rebel I hink in a subconscious way of trying to rebel against our own issues but fight them in the wrong way until we realize the right way is to face it and embrace it. My sister has BPD and psychoaffective disorder.. every time i hear yalls music im reminded of the desperation to cling to life and be well.. but yall add an element of hope that i respect so much. You dont just sing about the sadness, you soothe it and provide a light at the end of the tunnel.
