5 to 15 wale process me iba ka kam just test conduct kr k result govt ko handover karna he baqi aaage kam govt k concerned departments ka he. Aur result iba ne merit k bunyad p top to bottom share ki thi..
Sst test should be conducted by IBA not by spsc and selection should be done on the basis of top to bottom merit system not by interview.
