Dear Sir Boyde, this is hands down THE best interpretation of that ending of Pictures I have heard. You have an outstanding sensitivity. Just BRAVO! I have no word after hear you play.
This is a requiem from Mussorgsky's deep love and sorrow for his late friend . His performance is incomparable . From Tokyo of the Land of the Rising Sun .
This is an incredible piece that you not only play well, but perform as any fantastic artist should! I have a question: I am looking for a classical and contemporary piece to play. The reason I am asking you here is because I'm looking for pieces that, like The Great Gate of Kiev, are dynamic and have that grand "destination" that is so present in this piece... Do you have any ideas?
Depends on period. Baroque almost anything Scarlatti I'd recommend: Classical K 457 Mozart sonata in C minor, Romantic Chopin Db major prelude op 28/15 Later Romantic Peer Gynt Suite no1 (op 46, particularly Hall of the Mountain King).
I am number 465 to like this?!? World, where are you? This is incredible!!!
"Come inside little children and we'll bake something to dinner" -B. Yaga. Nice crescendo on Great Gate
Beautiful performance!

Stunning performance! One of the best interpretations I've heard!
This piece speaks in so many levels and in such diversity of ways that I lost my words to describe it... Thanks for the awesome interpretation of it.
Wonderful ❤️👏
The way you begin piano subito the great gate is just amazing. It sounds like the gate is seen from afar and we approach it. Gorgeous.
