TROPICAL UPDATE - Where to Look For Future Tropical Cyclone Impacts

- Happy Monday!
Not much has changed across the Atlantic basin. Dry and dusty air remains in effect. The few tropical waves wandering westward across the ocean are fairly dry and rather benign. But, the signaling for end of July and especially August is readily apparent, and tonight we'll discuss where to look out as we get closer to the up trend and peak of the season.
I appreciate you man and glad I found you. You and Mike are who I trust living here in Florida. In Pasco county we had one cell for about ten minutes drop almost a inch and the storms that got you didn’t make the trip more west. But the rain and thunder was welcomed for my ponds
It’s much needed rain for sure! But sometimes how heavy the rainfall rates get can really pile up and quick. Also thanks tremendously for the kind words, they mean a lot. Happy to have earned your trust
@@WxCenterNazario of course I’ve learned a lot on my own since moving to Florida after Irma sacred me for a bit and my family got wrecked in ft Myers. Almost made them move back to Wisconsin, but I like your reports and look forward to them not only to see what’s coming but to learn. Growing up in the Midwest I was a tornado boy and now I’m fascinated with hurricanes and trying to learn as much as I can to keep myself and family safe and watching some of your older videos before beryl you were spitting facts and pretty much nailed around the first week of July something was odd out there. To many people want to spew hate just like in real life and nobody wants to thank people for good work. I was always told how bad I was at work and bad days but on good days it was silence or why aren’t you doing 120% then. Positive feedback works. And I’ll be with you rising this season in your corner. Keep up the good work it doesn’t go unnoticed 😃more rain today in Pasco near Wesley chapel btw
I think I speak for most Louisianian's when I say "we usually don't perk up around here till end of August" Hence Katrina and Ida August 28th storms 😬
Laura....that b**** ripped my roof off
Enjoy the tropics being quiet while you can. This season has barely even started… If only we could just get fish storms all season
The fish storm scenario of last year looks to be nearly impossible this season. Of course we’ll see some storms sneak their way up and out, but I do anticipate a decent majority impacting somewhere
@@WxCenterNazarioI have a strong feeling that Florida will need to be paying close attention sometime in mid to late august. I’d say between the 14th and 22nd. 20 year anniversary for Charley is right around the corner too. That storm effected my family down in Charlotte county.
We shall see me brother, one can hope for the best but prepare for the worst.@StayTrippyYT
@@richard123p exactly man. We’re getting a part replaced on the generator tomorrow. It’s critical that we have it operating and in good condition for hurricane season.
Great content today, love the info you were putting out today and I can say I saw it first with Nazario!
Much appreciated! Thanks for watching, feel free to drop some more heavy hitter questions at anytime always a pleasure doing some research for you
I live in Polk county too and the storm was unbelievable. Scared the heck out of my PUG.
We had some severe thunderstorms in pinellas county Sunday night and one of the storms was tagged by the NWS calling for it to produce 50-55mph winds and we had a few large tree branches come down on my street. One of them ended up on my neigbors roof
Sheesh! These daytime storms are no joke!
Sending my love.❤❤
And sending love back to you!
We haven't gotten hardly anything where I live in Ocala. It is like we are surrounded by huge storms daily and they just pass right over top of us and re-energize. It's been really weird.
When I hear stories like this it truly makes me wonder if there's some sort of land interaction or local phenomena that suppresses convection from occurring. Because it seems the same general areas tend to fend off all the heavier rain while the usual folks receive it
every year people say the season is canceled. it’s just because it's quiet right now
Yeah, not sure why. This is probably the most “normal” the season has behaved so far
I know you said things are not gonna be active till late July but ICON is spinning something up in the Bahamas and wants to shove it to the east coast of Florida, im not saying it'll materialize but interesting path, it's hinting at the steering we've been talking about for a month now
There are some “areas to watch” and I’ve noticed icon and gfs consistently bring something up close to Florida/bahamas. It has my attention, but such low agreement and support across the board I’m not too concerned about sounding any alerts
@@WxCenterNazario Right
He is getting chills about turning the calendar in August I am getting nervous about horribble forecasting. Trickling effect 😅
First of all, trickling effect.. lol what? And second, what’s your take? I’d imagine since you took the time to watch all the way thru and leave a negative comment you rightfully assume the position of “subject matter expert” feel free to enlighten us 😁
If not, politely see yourself off my channel bud
Also - friendly advice, spell check is a wonderful tool. Before you critique a forecast, at least proofread your comment lol
@WxCenterNazario waiting for the 😎 chills. I mean you did forecast a historic hurricane season , that's all.
@@user-gx7qy3wz4v I did, and we’ve already realized several records being broken.
@WxCenter Nazario, You're so real, I love you man🎉🎉
The right black line has half of Long Island LOL! 😂 of course I’m only saying it as a joke!
Hahah sometimes I feel I really need to be careful with my illustrations. I’d imagine there are people waiting at the ready to light me up if I draw something even slightly off putting
How about you edit your videos for youtube. Nobody wants to watch for 45 minutes to find out about your title.... if we wanted to watch live we would.
There’s plenty of folks who want to watch, unless the analytics are lying to me.
Although I do need to get back into creating regular videos nonetheless
