Does wand plus sword engraving work on moves prior to charging? I thought it wouldn't work on charge moves because you stay still for one turn to attack.
Can't remember how many, but I do remember it was my best P.ATK Armguard and when I got that roll, I was definitely suffering from success trying to get a new P.ATK Armguard.

Wand+Sword works because it lasts until the start of the unit's next turn, which doesn't start until after they get the cast off.
