Seems like most new chars have a skill slot that is actually 3 skills in one slot.

There’s like, 2 types so far? Characters that have an ability that switches to another one after use (Ex. Rawiyah/Auguste) and characters that have a single skill that has several options (Ex. Acambe/Cocoa/Homa)
Adds a lot of diversity if anything

Only for Extra Skill, no character
They add new General skill for RK13 and most likely, old character gain new Special skill for them

I thought you cant use same character? SP Inanna can be used with Inanna?

You can. In Global now you can use SP Rawiyah with Rawiyah.
