It could also be age because she's only 12 here so her voice sounds very young, but strangely enough I agree with you, and I'm a diehard fan of Ofra and think everything she's done is absolutely perfect the way it is. But you're right that her voice did become just a smidgen thinner after the surgery. I listen to Shechunat Hatikvah and these videos and I'm amazed at how round and full her timbre is. I think all but the most diehard fans wouldn't notice this change in her voice. It's very small.
