Good morning Matt, nice badge. Silver to boot. Look up pentagram and pentacle, their not what you think in their real early history on earth. It was a guy in 1800’s that inverted it. That many small metal pellets is more than likely used for blasting metal to polish off the edges after cutting or welding. Usually found around shipyards.
