Had a lot of fun recording this and hope you all like it! Really excited to bring this new series to you all and think it should be a lot of fun for everyone. Remember to like, comment and share, as it helps me out a bunch :) I hope you all have a great week! (Also, I'm still working on the spreadsheet lol, just been super super busy with uni)
Here from Reddit. Your channel is great and you picked the best name for it!! 🤣 This is a great concept. We watch a lot of cooking/baking competition shows and I was just thinking the other day I should time myself the next time I make cookies to see if I would have any chance on those shows! Awesome video. Can’t wait for the next one!
Aww thank you :) that's made my night. I think it's safe to say that I can't chop an onion quick enough to be successful on any cooking shows lol. Also, deffo time yourself when you next cook! It's quite interesting and cool to actually see how long it takes. Really fun too.
Love this. What a great series ... the best and not so true of Jamie O ... and a quick, well, fairly quick, easy vegan recipe! What's not to applaud. Yes, I'm a bit prejudiced - I've tasted this chef's cooking! I agree, mmmm good, delish!
Thank you, thank you :) It is pretty quick tbf, and I quite enjoyed them. Pretty decent considering the left overs I had. I think you can make 8 fajitas, not 4.
Good job ! I have to say, I feel like it would be more fair if you had your ingredients already pulled out when you started (or if you started the countdown after showing them to us), since it's not part of the prep/cooking time. I'm looking forward to the next episode !
You make a really good point and I might do that going forward (I've already recorded the next ep so it'll have to be after that lol). I was in two minds of showing how long it actually takes to make his "15 minute recipes", or doing some prep first and actually try to get it in 15. I'll try out your suggestion for the third ep :) And thank you so much for the lovely comment 😊
The reality is that while Jamie's recipes are fantastic unless you have a crew preparing everything beforehand and you have made this a dozen times the 15 and 30 meal prep times are rubbish.
Exactly. What annoys me the most is that I struggle to make it in 15 minutes even with all the ingredients and equipment out. (I do have to say some recipes I'm not a massive fan of though lol)

It's really nice to see you getting media coverage on this. Good luck in reaching a LOT more people!

Making good food fast is def possible. You need to have ingredients, experience and you need to have little time!!;) the pressure is the magic!
