did you use alipay tourpass for your purchases? I would start at the source, alipay customer service under the me tab in alipay, then click on customer service, then asl for human, they speak english
@@realdebby1941 I recommend you start from scratch. If they detect a foreign IP without an alipay, they could block it. Make an alipay tourpass, then with the tourpass, log into taobao and 1688 and you should not have this problem in the future
Once the products leave China, both platforms have 0 customer asssitance. Some products on taobao can be shipped outside of China, almost all on 1688 cannot.
