I'm having this weird issue where the EFB is not functioning as it should. When I put my arrival/departure airports and their respective runways, the routing doesn't line up properly. It just routes the arrival transition down to the arrival runway, but anything before that is missing. I even put in a departure procedure, yet it never connects to finish the route or anything. Kinda frustrating, tbh. I'm probably doing something wrong that I don't understand fully, maybe. Very good video! Many good pieces of information! I have noticed that the weights entered in the FMC were in pound but the aircraft seems to be set in kilogram. This could have explained the unusual flight behavior of the plane during some phases of flight. The typical Vref (with flaps 40) should be around 130kts to 140kts with regular weights ranging from 50 to 70 tonnes planned for landing. As you probably noticed during the approach with flaps 40, the speed limit on the speed tape was very close to your flying speed and the aircraft had a tendency to gain altitude as you initiated the flare, requiring a pitch down action to land. A simple rough division of your figures by a factor of 2 will definite improve your future flight! Once again, very nice video! I'm looking forward to seing more of your content!

I've been having a strange problem only in the 737 on T/O. The plane seems stuck to the ground. I pull back the yoke at Vr and it barely lifts the nose - if I'm lucky I just clear obstacles and once I reach 400' and engage CMD A it climbs. I've checked controls and only my flight stick is set to PITCH AXIS. The yoke in the cockpit moves full back with my flight stick movement so it's connected. Anyone else seeing this? Thoughts?
@@TiJayFLY CDU GW is 143.2. I disconnected the Saitek throttles so only using throttle on Velocity One Flightstick and letting MSFS control it. Managed to get it off the ground but extremely sluggish. Throttles in cockpit were pegged. Currently at 18000' and on autothrottle. The only vertical control working is V/S. VNAV doesn't climb. Had to reduce V/S to +800 fpm to keep from stall speed (flaps on). Airspeed is 209 kts, set to 255 but it can't get there. Engines are at 88%. CI=100. Now at FL20 and airspeed dropping to 202, V/S still +800. Somehow this thing is underpowered! Works much better in Free Flight, it's like a different plane in Career Mode. I'm leaning toward it being a bug!
Shut down MSFS 2024 and restarted. This time the plane had more vertical climb capability on T/O. Still felt a bit sluggish and using VNAV resulted in level flight, but V/S was able to get above local obstacles and we got to cruise altitude with much better IAS. I have did uninstall and reinstall the sim yesterday which supposedly helped with any corrupted files that may have resulted from the very slow day one servers. Since the aircraft are streamed, perhaps something still got corrupted and restarting the sim resulted in a fresh stream of the 737? Career mode is fun but so many bugs! Can you share the ils tutorial

Is there a way you can get the flight plan loaded straight into the plane instead of having to set it all up
@@A380msfs yes, that’s what I did here
Thanks for the tutorial especially the ils as I'm used to the PMDG B738 auto tune the ils. Apparently the max must do it manually like in the video or is this a bug?
@@arvidwold8495 it’s an old style radio stack so manual tuning. Varies per airline and configuration for the entire 737 family
@@TiJayFLY Ah figures, thanks!🙂
Hey I was wondering if you can help me with my 737 max I’ve got no audio in anything on the plane and I play on pc do you know why?

im doing everything you do but i cant activate the descend thing on the mfd, is it a bug or am i doing smth wrong? also, once i try to start my descent, the autopilot just doesnt follow my flight plan at all and keeps flying straight, am i doing smth wrong? also i can not reactivate vnav

Great tutorial, thank you! I have one issue, i start my descent as instructed by atc using the method you shown but i dont descend at a quick enough rate and im still at 10,000ft when i reach final. Any suggestions?
Is "DRAG REQUIRED" displayed on the FMC during descent? May just need to apply spoilers
I might just get the Ifly 737 Max and FSS727 and wait for 2024 until next year. What do you think?

change terrain texture quality to 400, 200 its in the bottom drop down list in graphics at the top of the list don't know why its default at half quality for some odd reason even with ultra settings set I noticed the setting straight away lucky i guess
@@System32F the poor quality here is a streaming issue - it looks much better on my other videos once the servers had improved. But I will also do that as I’m set to Ultra by default, so thanks :)
thanks for the video. Is MSFS 2024 worth the upgrade?
@@Stan-ug9mx not yet
They need to fix a shit to of bugs first before being good.
I wouldn’t even call it an upgrade at this point but the career mode has got me hooked despite the bugs
Hello, thanks for the simple video! However, I am having the issue where I pressed 'send to avionics' but in the plane's fmc nothing is loaded. Is this a bug?

I love the plane from what I was able to use.
Also do you know where the TOGA button is?
@@RoverAirlines The TOGA button is on the thrust levers by the grips. NOT on the sides of them, but rather, before them a bit. Go to 4:13 and pause to see them. It's a small, black button. They are sandwiched between the AT disconnect button and what I guess you could call the 'swivel' point at the base of the reverse thrust levers on the thrust levers. Hope this helps!

In my opinion this plane is very hard to control especially when trying to land
I've been having a strange problem only in the 737 on T/O. The plane seems stuck to the ground. I pull back the yoke at Vr and it barely lifts the nose - if I'm lucky I just clear obstacles and once I reach 400' and engage CMD A it climbs. I've checked controls and only my flight stick is set to PITCH AXIS. The yoke in the cockpit moves full back with my flight stick movement so it's connected. Anyone else seeing this? Thoughts?
@@RowlandArcher what’s the airplane weight?
MS should have called this a beta (or tech preview), but I suppose they wanted to recognize the revenue.
im not geting this sim untill all the bugs are fixed im going to get it in 2 months

What’s a 737 supposed to do with six (6) pounds of fuel? 😂
@@matthewzadell tons 😉
Asobo made a mistake making this aircraft themselves, it's a terrible implementation. They should have farmed this out to Inibuilds or working title!!
@@tf51d This is the strange thing - the 787 and 747 have used Working Title systems MSFS 2020 AAU2. Whereas this feels more like Asobo crap.
@@TiJayFLY Hopefully they'll do a AAU for the Max with Working Title and undo the mess they made with this! It's actually worse then 2020's A320-neo!
