It doesn't work when i tap 7 times. But when i try to tap 4 times they blink like what the video shows. Then before i remove the buds from the case, i remove the paired device then i connect the buds to my device and it works! Thank you bro!

Brannew pair out of the box right side just doesn't work doesn't do anything doesn't make any sounds! Trying to tap it 7time did the blue light show up but still doest do anything else!! Please help! Should i open it? Or can it be an issues with the charging box?

Clean the case and earbuds contacts with alcohol and a w-tip, then let it charge… if no go out earbuds in case and give the case a few whacks on ur desk then try again. Just keep trying.. happened to a few of my other Jbuds too.
