Have you ever thought about using a vegetable juicer? It might save you some steps. It turns the vegetables into a pulp, and drains the juice at the same time.
Very nice recipe and video! I could recommend to pasteurize eggs before use - very easy to do - and to freeze mix at a minimum of -4°F (-20°C) for at least 7 days to kill any parasites that may be present.
