Hence one baby is trying to kill another sibling. So it's pretty much imp toh match blood group before marriage and check possibilities and blood group of mother we usually ask not of father. Common mistake that most of us does.
Sir it's very nice.. thank you sir. One doubt sir please_ fetuses are synthesising their own blood right from beginning of journey, then why it generally happens to be the group that parents are having?
In 1st pregnancy, during delivery IgM is produced against the foetal D antigen but IgM being larger in size cannot cross the placental barrier. But later on IgG is formed, which being smaller in size can cross the placental barrier in the subsequent pregnancy this leading to Antigen-Antibody reaction and hemolysis in the subsequent foetus.
He is humorously witty & focuses on concept based learning rather than just mugging up.

Can anyone please tell me how the mother's anti D antibody goes to fetus, coz there is no mixing of blood??
wildflower gL during labor it can get mixed or any cs and abortion also
It's actually Ig G is produced in the mother against the fetal Rh .D antigen. Ig G can cross placenta and attack the fetal RBC
Time is mentioned, at the time of delivery all this happens, abortions and other mentioned conditions. Ac to me.
Via placenta.. the antiD goes to fetus.. (blood does not go)
