Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the market right now especially for near- retirees, I have been in touch with a coach for a year now mostly becus I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with recurring market conditions netted over $320k in profits so far, it clears the is more to the market that we the AVG don't know that Investment advisor's know.

I'm not even kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it, Investing is a long-term game, so I try to focus on the long term.
I cannot focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 4years, you see l've got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/ unstable market doesn't provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?
There are a lot of strategies to make tongue wetting profit especially in a down market, but such sophisticated trades can only be carried out by proper market experts
I completely agree, I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions, I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from an investment adviser that was recommended by a popular economist on a popular forum, long story short, its been years now and I've gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.

Investors should be cautious about their exposure and be wary of news buys, especially during inflation. Such high yields in the recession is only possible under the supervision of a professional or trusted advisor.

Great attitude, and smart advice. And he’s totally right about the fancy cars and watches. I’ve been doing this a long time, and have known several very successful traders, and they were much more like the millionaire next door types than anything. The only comment I’ve gotten from a few neighbors over the years is that I’m lucky I don’t have to go to work everyday. If you click on a video and the guy is standing in front of an expensive Italian or German sports car, just get out, it’s 99%+ chance a scam.

I think we are too obsessed about the economy crashing. In the right sense, the economy never crashes. It just undergoes cycles, and almost always recovers. So I really don't care what the predictions are. I just want to grow my $354k portfolio. I read that people are pulling in massive profits despite the downturn. Any tips on how they do it?
I agree with you. The market will always recover. The goal is to find quality stocks with long term potential. It's hard for the average Joe to do this, because it involves following a lot of industry news, following up with earnings, etc. It's easier to invest through an advisor who knows how stuff works, and make rocket returns.

It doesn't have to take 3 years. If you have the right team and system, you can learn a lot faster. Not saying it is easy, but I also think it is important to trade with a partner who you can trust and learn with. Hold each other up. I actually have 3 guys I trade with and we help each other. That improves psychology DRAMATICALLY. Winning and losing with good friends you trust. Friends who are committed, humble, honest, helpful. Makes all the difference.
