Personally I would put bleed at midline annoyance. Because having that extra health from not having a bleed can help you survive most situations that could have killed you if you had bleed.
I hate how you automatically lose even if you have more health when the time runs out. I lost a pf fight because the modifiers screwed me over at the literal last possible second by giving the opponent a final stand and I literally had no time to use a chaos banish on them (Worst part was that they were on 1% health, meanwhile all of my teammates were above 50% health)
While I do hate being timed out, it makes sense tom implement it even if you have higher health because people can just stall to win against the cpu. For example, if you killed one character with flytrap and Flytrap has 5 stacks of regen with 5 bursts equipped, or Vaporwave with 5 bursts, especially if you have trauma center Val in the back. Then you can stall until the timer runs out and you win. This is unfair to the defense, so while I do hate how I get timed out. It logically makes sense
I can see why havey heals are not that high because i use graveyard, and if i dont kill anyone , I get it by debuff, but even that isn't enough so im basically screwed

i'll put bleed in "can couse issues" , cursed is def. really annoying, and doom in midline of annoyance tiers, everything else i agree

Slime should be lower than curse. Unflinching is lower than immunity. That's my thoughts.
