Let's Play Serious Sam HD The Second Encounter #28: Once More with Seriousness

Last time, the courtyard of super doom got the better of me. This is partly because there were just so many waves of enemies, partly because I didn't use my resources sensibly and partly down to me not knowing what was to come. While I still don't know everything that's going to be thrown at me - we certainly didn't see the final wave before - I do know more about it and I've been considering what to do.
I have a plan.
What I need to do is focus down the enemies that will be causing me the most issues passively, those capable of whittling me down at range while I try and take out melee foes. I also need to remember that I have a serious bomb for emergencies, something I'm loathe to spend before the boss of this area but probably shouldn't be.
It's time to live up to Sam's name and and get serious.
