I also found if you create a new shopping bag in the other style(paper bag and purse style) the customers will mix on which bag they are using. You can use both styles at once. Atleast it has worked for me

If you don’t want your workers to touch the empty boxes place them on the floor. Workers don’t put items in boxes on the floor only in the warehouse.

I found out the trash can outside by main door of store you can throw away boxes and now they have 60 count boxes too

If you end the day with shoppers still in the store they will drop everything on the floor, I found that out by making that mistake.

I am getting so much lag I can’t even play anymore. I play it on my laptop but it should easily be able to handle this game it’s ( AMD Ryzen 9-7845HX, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, 16GB DDR5 RAM) I was not getting any lag ,but after each perform update, I get more and more
