- Check out my new Advanced Elements Kayak!. This inflatable kayak packs down small so it fits in my car and my closet. It was beautiful day to paddle around on the Monksville Reservoir. Come along as I share my first look at the Advanced Elements inflatable kayak.

It's a great boat! I have taken it out many times at this point. It is durable and portable. I did manage to go Kayaking at the Mohican... and YES! Berry picking on the lake! Woop woop! Thanks for stopping by.

Hey Hiya from England 🏴 , well as long as you’re happy, having fun and are safe then go with what you are comfortable with. Yes it’s easier when you have the better skills, the know how, techniques etc. But you seem happy, that’s what it’s all about, safety always first though.
Maybe learn a couple of things, it will improve your overall experience for sure.
The drop stitch could help you out, it’ll defo be a firmer ride and it will raise your position slightly. I’m not sure if it’ll improve your tracking, but worth a try maybe.

Nice video. I prefer an inflatable kayak or canoe because you can travel with it by train. I live near the river so I take the train a few stops and then I paddle back.
That is awesome! I think I have to get myself that close to a river in the future. There are some really great spots in north-east US

How'd you find the seat? I have pretty tight hamstrings, and find kneeling quite painful.
I find myself kneeling a lot. I tried to sit on a backpacking pillow which was comfy. But it kept deflating. I recently got the foot pegs. I haven't tried them yet but I may pop that into to video later. LMK if you end up getting it!
