How do you make sticky passion fruit and sticky milk?

Pretty sure the passion fruit is just frozen. The coconut milk is just made with lots of coconut milk powder and a small amount of water to make a paste. Then they freeze it for a bit.
If you’re talking about the milk/passion fruit combo, I think they just combine the fruit with the milk powder and freeze it. Probably more milk powder than fruit to give it the chewy texture
