    Here is your December home workout and conditioning plan, that will take you through to January next year!
    complete all elements of the workout for 30 seconds completing 3 reps of each.
    THIS IS A TOUGH WORKOUT AND WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU COMPLETE IT AT YOUR OWN PACE. IT WILL MAKE YOU A STRONGER ATHLETE!
