3:05 Loving the attention to detail of Tackleberry being gun nut and being the only one standing and looking at the others like "what you guys doing?? That shotgun cant fire"
These movies are my childhood, used to watch them all and rewatch them. What amazes me about these movies is how the personality of each single one is completly different, there is not a single one that has the same character has another and they are brought perfectly into spotlight.
To the people who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten the police academy movies are still a classic to watch after all these years later thanks for a good laugh appreciate you guys thanks ! Joe

Thank you Coronavirus 2020 for bringing this back in my life. As a kid I remember watching this with my dad and his friends. I was to young to get some of the puns but loved how they used to laugh watching this movie.
i like that black dude Jones awe i mean he never forget to use that beat box style of his anywhere he goes awe he always makes fun of almost anything awe XD
This movie should have won an Oscar and the rest of the movie series. ha it has the perfect humor, ha some parts are alittle vulgar and normally I don't go for that, but for this movie ha it works! I love Harris, and Tackelberry ha all the others too.
A comedy series many years in the making, and even many more years AHEAD OF IT'S TIME! Classic comedy. Flawless then and now approximately 35 years later, the same. 😄😁🤣👍🍺

Good post man. jus the funny part about the beach scene is wen Tackleberry is playin and once he sees the chicks naked he stops playin and the look on his face is priceless
When they are handing out their side arms, the contrast of the different characters is simply genius: Fackler: Well, here it goes! :I Barbara: Oh, dear, here it goes! :( Tackleberry: Ugh, what is pea shooter? >:(

Thank you for uploading this. I was privileged to see taping of the Police Academy movies in Toronto when I went to visit my aunt/uncle there as a kid. This is what comedy was all about. None of that stupid crap today with losers like Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller and Will Farrell.
that glases guy on the 1:42 he was a hell of clumsy guy he is like like like a funking living anthrax or a walking bomb, yeah its like a bob omb, the riot that apears on the end he start it, he is another great charecter every one was it.
The person your talking bout is Officer Zed, played by Bobcat Goldthwait. First seen in Police Academy 2 as a gang leader, then again in Police Academy 3 as a recruit, and so on after that.
What is the name of the song that plays on the Blue Oyster Bar scene, when they dance holding hands ? The one like it sounds it is played with a saxophone i think.
3:05 Loving the attention to detail of Tackleberry being gun nut and being the only one standing and looking at the others like "what you guys doing?? That shotgun cant fire"

The gun that Tackle berry had was the same gun that (Sledgehammer) was using
