  • Millermatic (MIG only) 255 907734 vs the Multimatic (Multiprocess) 255 907728 updated version brought to you by request. They are physically the same size and MIG functionality is the same but we break down the differences.
We go over the specs and show the full interface of both. We talk about pulse MIG and options to connect a push-pull gun or Spoolgun to either.

    Great demonstration and overview!
This welder is disgusting to the Miller name that once was and every single welder that has any common sense! Miller said “Let’s urinate on our customers buy ask $4500 for a mediocre Multiprocess welder with only a a basic Mig gun, Let’s also make the welder useless for welding aluminum by leaving AC welding capabilities, Further more let us offer you this same pile of 💩, with no High Frequency start option, ya know like any $499.00 welder from Harbor Freight would have or your 1999 model Syncrowave 250. But we’ll sell you a tig foot pedal (that’s about useless without HF) , tig gun, stick holder and a cheaply made cart for mediocre machine, for the low low price of $5800!! “
So glad when sold my Miller 220 mutimatic (board issues) and wouldn’t even run 6010, that I bought a HTP 2500! Worth every penny, especially over something like this 255.. I’d buy HTP ESAB Lincoln, Fornius etc before I’d ever buy another miller anything!
ASSEMBLED in the USA! 😂. There’s been 4 welders within my circle of people in the past 2 months, that were purchased which were not Millers because of things similar to the above!
Hope they get it together and start adding value back in their products along with a price point that makes them worth it!

Interesting perspective. I bought 3 for my shop and have been happy with them. For not much more that the price of the Millermatic you get TIG and Stick. It performs well on all 3 processes. I agree, it is frustrating when they leave off really useful features that would be cheap and easy to implement with these computerized welders. ESAB and Lincoln do the same
