No turbocharger means less maintenance items for the engine and physical gears in the manual gear box means there is no CVT belt or chain that can possibly break in the later years of the vehicle's life. You aren't missing out on too much in terms of features and accessories as well compared to the higher variants, and for the price that Toyota is offering that is a lot of value for this market segment.
It's like Toyota Philippines gave us so many features like Android Auto/Apple Carplay, Stability Control and Hill Start Assist for FREE! And in a BASE MANUAL VARIANT. I was like, did Toyota priced this one mistakenly? With all that features this should be at 900k!

No seat height adjustment, just like the older editions of the Suzuki Jimny (not sure about the latest version). Still, I think it's something that most Southeast Asian drivers of average height can manage.

You can just upgrade the Halogen Headlamps to LED. :) and also the map lights upgrade to LED. :)
Also the plate number lights at the back. :) upgrade to LED. :)
But the headlights of the higher variants are not just the change bulb. They come with Sequential Turns
