The drone shots there at the end really give a perspective of how much brush he cleaned up with burning. Gonna make future work on the property so much easier.
Your not only a very good digger opperatore, but also have very good taste in music, and you're a better operator than I am a speller. All the best wishes, from an English man retired in Italy and watch every video you make
Chris, Bealy does some wonderful drone filming of you working. We see you from the ground but from aerial views gives your expertice a whole different view. Love watching your UA-cam and then watch his.
I seen the county here in Oklahoma dig a big hole and they had a blower they cut a ditch in to the hole and put the blower to shoot down into the hole made a super hot fire and really did a good job ever done anything like that to make the stuff burn up faster
Chris you come a long ways buddy lots of burning lots of burning it's looking good it's amazing how a plan comes together can't wait to see you start on the pond now enjoy your videos Man a master Craftsman at work
Mornings are the best time of the day. Everything is coming alive and waking up. You can hear the birds and see all kinds of wildlife. You know the saying “if you you snooze you lose”.
That’s going to be a beautiful place when they move in the new house with all the woods surrounding it, plenty of privacy! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Can’t wait to see it with the new pond! I know it’s going to be awesome! Thanks for sharing the great video brother and giving up your Sunday, you’re one heck of a hard worker Chris! God Bless you my friend! 🙏🏻
Usually a setup like that is used for hauling white poles. We would put the bolsters on, load the poles, deliver them. Then we would put the bolsters all the way forward, pick up a flatbed load to return with. Making the best with what you have. PS, don't get your boots muddy!!!!
@@kjwoodlief White poles are pine logs that have the bark removed and are used for things like power poles, foundation pilings, and telephone poles after they are treated against rod.
Good show, that’s a Lot of Work to get done in thirty and a half minutes 😲🤭 Love the drone shots at the end, nice evening in good old North Carolina tonight 😎👍✅
Retired 76, can't wait to learn to use new Mini Kubota excavator, to help load truck and trailers. Tractors to big to load 5' 6" truck beds, trailers are okay.
Nice video and nice arial drohne view from the Top there.the smoke rising Up into the Sky there.the site from above looks great. Everything nicely cleared . I like the fire piles , everything getting burned Up like it should. Stay safe.
It seems like some wings on your dozer blade would help with the brush pushing and maybe some rakes on the wings to keep the brush centered or corralled up some I know some forestry fire crews have that along with a guard up top to keep logs from coming through the windows.
It's interesting and impressive to watch you operate the equipment with muscle memory that has been repeated so many times that you hardly pay attention to the specific task at hand as you pick up, throw, adjust and scan the area to see what you will do next. Great job.
You were right, getting all the brush burnt really opens up what you cleared. Did not realize the amount of fall from home site to the back of the property. I know that the pond will turn out great.
That last shot was pretty cool Chris !! Some kid 2 counties over says, look Mom !! Chris is burning again !! lolol...Great as always Man...Would say the digging will start soon....Have a Great Evening Man !! On too the Next..
Enjoyed this video. I think a first with a drone flying near & above the bonfire. I guess a birds eye view! Good panoramic views of the immediate area too.
Good job brother, out of curiosity, I went back to your excavator recovery video, now over 12 million views. Great accomplishment , congrats on the 506k subs, well deserved!
Chris, I made some log bolsters for my penal hitch lowboy but I used a 6" box beam for the bottom and 5 inch steel pipe for the standards. They work great. I just need 3 axles instead of 2. I have a trip axle dump truck I put logs in it and on the trailer if I'm going very far. Don't tell officer Hoover! 😁😎🙋 But I'm still legal.
Damn sweet watching. Reminds of that Cat 225 with the metal shear on it. Sweet machine- didn't have to think about it, just what you were doing- like picking up a fork and eating.
The drone shots really puts things in perspective,, this job was tree filled + must be a lot of sweet gums in your area ( distinct leave pattern tells all ) ,, can't wait to see the pond go in... Mister Volvo Master,, pond king and skid loader expert,, LD18 rocks............
Mark where Chris buries all that wood ash - if you're putting in grass/pasture, apply it at around 1,000lb an acre for some really strong grass. Packed with trace elements & replaces lime as a dressing. extension.unh.edu/resources/files/Resource004042_Rep5718.pdf
Well Chris you for sure got a lot burned in two days hey man I just want to say thank you for taking us along with you every day on your journey to work but anyway brother you and John and yawls family stay safe and keep the videos coming brother
Awesome drone footage at the end! Aggravating how stuff keeps going beside the dozer blade... clenching my toes seeing it. Wish your dozer could drive faster to whizz backwards to pick it up again! You're doing a great job though!! WE'RE SUPPORTING YOU THROUGH THE HARD STUFF, keep it up!! :)
Nice when you can catch the pile just right to skid it along the ground without it folding under. Maybe the wet ground helps that to happen. Another great video. Hope you soon have grand children to teach the many things that you know, if you do not already.. lol
Good days work Chris, you always do an amazing job my friend! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻 awesome fire brother! 👍🏻you should be playing the song from George Strait, the fireman! While you’re burning, that would be cool! lol after those stumps are in the intense heat for a while that dirt is ready to come off! lol amazing
Yeah what is it with families.Get a glass of tea head off to the back porch get settled in for 18's vid and here they come....What u doing why ru watching that damn lol!!
Those flats are more common up here in Michigan. They haul logs to the mill, pull the stakes and haul lumber out. Win win for them. But usually only max out at 10-12' logs not 40' lol
Let's dig 18 has the best videos on UA-cam
The burn piles always look different with the 220 close and feeding it. People are blessed to have your skill in use on their property.

Already easier to get around.

Amazing difference from the cab view to on dirt pile view. Grapple full looks a whole lot bigger from the ground. Thanks for sharing.

As always great video, loved the lumber trailer, bet d.o.t. Would love to talk to that driver.😎😎😎👍👍👍
Man that trap is as legal as a 2 dalla watch!
I swear I could see the cable ties holding it on
Well we can tell who's never driven a flatbed trailer. There was nothing wrong with that setup and is dot legal.
The final day to the fire. The place is clear good work. You can beginnings to buildig the pond. A great video. Greeting to Vienna
Tough going. Good job Chris. Them big ole stumps get expensive in the long run.

I don’t what it is but, I just love that sound of the dozer tracks rolling. and then followed by the excellent music track at the end
You really dont get the size of that fire pit till you park next to it. Another great vid!!!
If that’s the only Truck Ryder had available, it’s going to be Sketchy driving it over to the Pulp Mill.🤪
The little yellow machine did seem to get more dirt off the stumps. They just had to rotate along. Nice job as always.
Looks good 👍 Comin along nice Chris

I'm just now starting to see the vision you had on the first day!!! I can see your smoke from Massachusetts!!
Those construction guys from April finally picked up their Skid Steer. I love your videos and all videos that deal with excavators.
