I find it sad when all the followers/companions leave in the end of these games. Makes me wonder what happens in their lives when they're all gone. How they live their lives, how they've been changed because of our character etc. I WANNA KNOW ABOUT MY SQUAD AGAINST THE BLIGHT!!!!
Its your canon my dude while the inquisition is disbanded the Army i assembled isnt while everyone had their own futures they wanted to purse we all agreed that solas was the bigger issue we all gathered at skyhold tracking solas's next move in a hope to stop his plot and redeem him chantry be damned we are its army just like the templars were they have no say.
I know it’s been a year, this is for you, if you don’t already know, and others. Somethings might be off so feel free to correct or update if things are wrong. But regarding the Origins Squad. Morrigan appears in Inquisition and she’s doing fine but moved on, we won’t know until when she’s next mentioned. Leliana shows up in Inquisition but her status will depend on decisions in both Origins and Inquisition. She’s either alive or a ghost of some sort. Alistair is either the king or a warden, he can also show up as a drunk in 2. In inquisition he can either die when facing the nightmare or survive. Or he’ll show up as king if you recruit the mages. Loghain plays the same role as Stroud/Alistair, a Warden who’ll either die against the nightmare or survive. Sten returns to the Qun and becomes the Arishok. He’s also re-educated, so while he remembers the group he doesn’t care for them anymore. Zevran starts assassinating the Antivan Crows. Wynne dies in the book Asunder. Cole references this. No idea about Shale, she’s referenced in Asunder and I think she’s trying to turn back into a dwarf. Besides that I’ve heard nothing else. Oghern, depending on the warden. Is possibly still in Fereldan with the wardens and his family. Your Mabari is either at a kennel or with the warden. Bohdan and Sandal went to Orlais after 2. Sandal is referenced in Tresspaser but that’s all I know. That’s all I know about them.
Blake chandler He might’ve been re-educated, from how he treats Alistair and what he says, I could be wrong. You might want to read The Silent Grove - Those Who Speak - Until We Sleep. It’s a three part comic in which Alistair goes on an adventure with Varric and Isabella to find his father. Sten shows up in Those Who Speak and that’s where I’ve gotten my information on this. You should read some of the books, they give insight into the world and events and some even have the companions in it.
I would suggest reading Dragon Age: Asunder if you haven't already. It helps provide so much background on the mage-templar war as well as plenty of dialogue between Cole and other people (but mostly Vivienne). *Lots of spoilers here so stop reading if you don't want spoilers for multiple novels / comics* We all know what happened to Morrigan, Alistair, and Leliana. Wynne actually gave up the spirit who had possessed her in order to save a Templar named Evangeline. Templar in question gets mentioned by Cole during banter with Vivienne, I believe, how she "died but got better" or something. And in a different conversation, Cole mentions how Rhys's mother died for the templar he loved. Zevran spends most of his time hunting down the Antivan Crows, though I believe he can become a recruiter for the Wardens depending on how everything goes. Oghren joined the Wardens during the Amaranthine mess. His fate depends on your choices during that, but it's safe to assume that he survived and stayed with the Wardens. Shale is likely to have gone to Tevinter to find a way to reverse the process and turn back into a squishy flesh creature. At least, that's the epilogue slide I always end up with. Sten goes on to become the next Arishok. He gets mentioned in banter with Iron Bull and Varric. Bull says the old Arishok had a "nice rack", but that the new one doesn't have horns at all. Varric says he met both, and that the only thing they really have in common is a tendency to burn things. As for the Awakening folks, that depends on how your game went. Velanna could either stay with the Wardens or disappear to go find her sister. Sigrun can stay with the Wardens, go off on her Calling just a year after the Amaranthine mess, or get killed during the siege if you don't have the Keep upgraded all the way. Nathaniel stays with the Wardens if he survives. And we all know what happened to Justice and Anders.
You can change your outfit! Its near a chest near that area. Its kind of hidden but after you explore the whole area, you should be able to find it. There will be a woman standing close to it.
