I know you mentioned that you aren’t open to any suggestions regarding fibroid however as someone who discovered that I had fibroids 2yrs ago, I can relate. After I found out about them I was told by my doctor to have a surgery but I was advised by a fitness coach to take fitness seriously and change my diet instead. I was too scared to go for surgery so I opted for the “easier” option and It worked like magic. The fibroids shrunk drastically and I didn’t need surgery anymore. I’ll highly recommend you try that as well.
Did that already dear. This is my second regrowth after surgery. I have changed diet and workout daily and it keeps growing back. Came to find out there’s no one solution to it for everyone.

Congrats on 25K!! I've been following your journey since your first video and I've loved seeing you grow. About the ultrasound tech not responding to you, they're usually not supposed to say anything about what they see. At least, that's how it works in the US, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same way in Canada.

In Poland it’s the gynea or doctor that does it so they have a full conversation while doing it.

They don't tell you they will tell your doctor, and most time they recommend you for surgery .
