But some areas have hard water which will leave a LOT of marks or Scale on the panels.
And this setup will need a high pressure for the water sprays. Perhaps a pump to increase pressure and spread will be helpful.
use earth diaphragm pump instead of mentioned above

Brother sprinklers is not useful for cleaning the solar panels it will not clean the full dust only 30% cleaning you have to use wiper or maps to fully clean the panels
If you are using it once a week then only it will clean 30%.
Use it on daily basis for 5 minutes you will get 90% cleaning. (It also depends on slope of solar panel)

What about the shadow losses?? Why don't you considered it... All the nozzles shadow could be fall on the solar panels and it's directly affect to the generation... You guys need to revise your design of plumbing....

Bad design. Taps causing shade on solar cells causing which there is huge loss of electricity generation. Even a small shade on panels can cause huge loss.

Very bad idea for places where there is high salt in water. After couple of months the sprinkler nozzles will get jammed. Then it wouldn't be possible to clean them..
