    Thanks A LOT! I was just thinking that my TOS is stubborn (I do my best to fight it….), that pain will make me avoid some movements and with time many my muscles will get weaker. the complex that you offer is VERY good , helpful and your presentation is perfect. Now I,m asking about video WHAT KIND OF MOVEMENTS to avoid. unfortunately in my case not only pectorales involved but muscles of my upper arm. Thank a lot in advance.

      It’s to strengthen the weaker muscles associated with TOS.

      Daily or every other day. Depends on you, your schedule, pain, etc
