I hate expense tracking but I also over spend lol I am a work in progress. Don’t beat yourself up life is lifing theses days it seems for everyone and noodle is spared. Your vids have been showing up in my feeds so you are getting it in. Hope things get easier. Keep up the great work and consistency!

I completely understand my mother passed away after being in the hospital for 2 months and my budget has not been a priority. I’m going to start fresh in October.

So basically I just started a change jar where I get change and and just put it in a jar or bag and forget about it so far so good I counted it was around $7.67 so far slow and steady that was only for two or three months though

Yes it can be challenging and it takes discipline. I fumble sometimes but I get right back to it. Sometimes we need to just do nothing especially for our mental health just taking a step back help but then get back is key. Also here is the link to the brown croc
