You never disappoint Sky, great vid. That is a monster steer , he has had plenty of birthdays. I rode pens for a feed lot 15years ago and they got 300 Hereford steers that were 4-5 years old and weighed 2000lbs. The owner had a fight with his help and fired everyone so he didn't gather calves for a few years.
Man, you guys are the toughest. Horse's are excellent trained and you go about your business with joy and professional work...great to see the little guys involved. Congratulations my opinion is you are the BEST. and I enjoy WATCHING.
Merry Christmas, Sky to you n family.. your cowboys n their families. Dang, that was a big Ole steer..just as big as the horse. Have fun n be safe out there. 😊
Merry Christmas guys. That’s one huge steer for sure. You are all great riders and awesome ropers. Thanks for posting, it’s my best Christmas present. Give Eagle an “atta boy” from me . Be safe. 🇨🇦.
Finally got to watch this one. Looks more like an ox. Way bigger than a regular steer. New camera on the new vlog is way better. Glad you got it! Cowboy Up from East Texas!!
Merry Christmas yall! & have a Happy New Year!! Thanks for the horsey video fulfillment. It can really help a girl get what shes been missing, for way too long. Thanks Eagle, for feeding my ❤.
That was a Big Steer and Eagle had no problem pulling it nice work and Merry Christmas to you and your family and the same to your guys Sky god bless Bros
I just found your channel a few days ago . I love it ! You boys have some really good cow pony’s . The skill you guys have with a rope are amazing . It doesn’t matter on the run our settings still you can throw a rope ! Have you ever tried using dogs to help out . I learned a good trick watching , you tied them to a bush and went to rope another . Enjoy your videos very much !
Yall need a little one horse trailer pulled by a 4x4 truck to transport the hard to get ones.. put fiber in some 10ply tires and drive it over everything
You guys are ranchy for sure. Way cool. In my area black hided cattle do better at the sale barn. Nevertheless, I love Herefords. Can you explain to us what you like about Herefords and why you run them over other breeds?
Kind of funny how that works, in this area, red or red and white always sold better at the auction yards 4 hours west and black did better at the auction yards 5 hours east.
Horned cattle are dangerous! I am glad we always had the vet remove the horns when they were young. then we went to polled herefords , no horns. We used tractors instead of horses on the mean ones!
My dad had Herefords when I was a kid 50+ years ago. I remember the vet coming out to remove horns on a couple mature cows he has bought. T'was a bloody affair, as I recall.
hey brother that kind of ropes that you use, does he have the heart of lead ?? And how many threads is it? And where can I get them? greetings from california !!
“Ya’at’eeh Keshmish! Dang Cuzins...that’s one heck of a steer...super size! Did y’all dehorn when you had him treed? Them horns looked mighty sharp...was that Sean’s horse that got gored? Good hustle...another great vlog...Nizhoni! #ApacheCowboys!
Merry Christmas. Right now... the ranch is selling the bigger wild wild bulls... and steers... the unbranded heifers and 2yr old n yearling bulls are being kept... their is still a lot more out there...
I know nothing about cowboys and what they do but it’s freaking entertaining. Someone please explain why they catch? Do they just brand and release or take to keep and breed/food?

That’s a real good question. I am interested and in what Sky has to say. Why solid H? I would think crossbred with brahmen would do better out there.
They look why they were hurting it but then realized i love steak, beef, ground beef so i was like
