All ranches are different and handled the way they want it... and cutting the horns so they wont stab the horse or cowboy... because their sharp horns will go through anything... we handle them like the devil. They got horns, a tail and hooves. That's what the old timers use to tell us back then...
Sky, just bought a new 5/6 year old gelding. I have been looking for a while now and finally pulled the trigger on this guy. I want to make him the ultimate ranch horse. Do you train horses at all?
I do here and there. When I have work booked on ranches us the best time to take em out... if not... I can let rawley know or travis... were always training most the horses we ride...

that grey horse is like a radar his ears always pointed forwards I got a big bay that's like that ,if he stops and looking theres something there.
That’s how my horse is. I watch him when I am hunting because he hears and sees everything!
