I work a swing shift (what is commonly referred to as a "DuPont schedule"), and have done so for over 5 years now. The immediate result of starting that type of schedule was an inability to sleep (usually no more than 3 to 4 hours at a time), and constantly feeling tired. But I have taken SNAC ZMA-5 for the past 3 nights, and every night I have gotten persistent, uninterrupted, and restful sleep. The difference is absolutely night and day. I can't recommend this product enough. And perhaps some of us may be experiencing a magnesium deficiency, and not even know it, as I suspect I may have myself. Thank you, Mr. Conte! You've created an amazing product!

@@SOSC That's really surprising; I start feeling drowsy in about 15 minutes. It does seem like if you don't try to go to sleep with it, a couple hours later the drowsiness subsides a little bit.

Dude, I used to take ZMA (Optimum)...time to jump back on it, but I think this time I'll get Snac's ZMA-5! Never tried that before!

So does Snac ZMA have the optimum ratio of ZMA? Fair enough saying the other products differ but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are less effective (i suppose)?
The concern that many people have with ZMA is the use of magnesium aspartate. Would a reformulation of ZMA using instead magnesium glycinate be an improvement?
So zinc+mag+b6 is better to take before bed ?

Bio test has a great zma product and has been selling it for over a decade .
