I've just started pushing myself to get back into it (gotta build my legs until I don't feel like a gumby)... Doubt I'll ever get even close to this good but maybe i’ll experiment a bit more when my confidence builds.
Weight on more towards your toes, you want your heels light so you can don't trip over stuff rolling backwards. Bend your knees a lot, get lower if you want more stability and put one foot in front of the other for even more stability. Look over the shoulder of the leg that's further back/leading the way.

Wow amazing skating! The spin move at around 2:07 is amazing. I have PR frames and can't find the proper flow to hit that 360. Any tips Leon and Shop Task? When I try rotating, I can feel the weight hit the fourth wheel but I think I'm applying to much pressure which doesn't let me swiftly transaction. Leon and Shop Task, any tutorials strictly for the PR frames? They're truly amazing frames and am so happy with them.!!!

Everybodys vocab is different; But to me it looks like a spread eagle, followed by a disco turn that he flares out into another spread eagle on the opposite side. I think being able to turn both directions and maintaining speed in a full spread is also called side surfing.

Tips for skating backwards? People say to put weight onto heels, but that makes me feel VERY off-balance, as opposed to center foot
Weight on more towards your toes, you want your heels light so you can don't trip over stuff rolling backwards.
